Powder Coating Line Project: Powder Booth & Spray Guns for Morocco Client

Project Background

This Morocco metal processor focuses on architectural metal finishing. The client planned an upgrade for their coating workshop and reached out for powder booth, spray guns and related accessories.

Project Scope

We supplied powder booth with cyclone powder recovery system, automatic and manual electrostatic spray guns, together with piping and control components. The booth airflow structure was adjusted to fit their workshop space and workpiece size.

Equipment Introduction

The powder booth uses cyclone and filter recovery structure, easy for cleaning and color change. The spray guns support adjustable powder output and electrostatic settings, compatible with automatic reciprocator or manual operation for architectural metal powder coating.

Delivery & Support

Equipment was assembled and tested in our factory before shipment. We provide installation drawings, operation manuals and remote technical guidance for on-site assembly and commissioning.

Project Result

The spraying section connects to the client’s existing production line. It supports batch production with color switching to meet local architectural finishing orders.
