Project Overview

This solution presents a fully automatic aluminum anodizing production line with a stable output of 500 tons per month, exclusively designed for surface treatment of solar panel aluminum frames. The line is tailored for 6063 and 6061 photovoltaic-grade aluminum profiles, supporting standardized mass production of three mainstream colors: bronze, champagne, and black.

Adopting a vertical hanging continuous operation structure, the production line supports both large-batch standardized production and flexible small-batch customized color switching. With highly uniform anodized film, precise color difference control and outstanding outdoor weather resistance, it fully complies with international photovoltaic industry standards and meets the long-term anti-corrosion, appearance consistency and high-stability requirements for solar frame outdoor applications.

Process Positioning

This production line adopts industry-standard sulfuric acid anodizing + electrolytic coloring technology. Different from conventional organic dyeing, electrolytic coloring forms stable metal compound deposition layers inside oxide film pores, delivering higher substrate adhesion, superior UV resistance and long-term weather resistance.

The finished frames can withstand 25 years of outdoor exposure without fading, blooming, peeling or cracking. The entire production process adopts multi-stage graded water rinsing and closed-loop pure water circulation treatment, effectively eliminating cross-contamination, surface watermarks, stains and color inconsistency to ensure high and stable product qualification rate.

Production Line Equipment Configuration
